<p>some of you may have experienced few problems running TranSiesta calculation on FERMI with the siesta package.</p>
<p>A new module is now avaible for siesta/transiesta, you can load it with the command:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>module load siesta/3.1-TS</p>
<p> </p>
<p>(module help siesta/3.1-TS for a job script example)</p>
<p>We strongly recommend you to use this module for TranSiesta calculations.</p>
<p>The previous module, siesta/3,1, is still available for standard siesta calculation, ù</p>
<p>but we removed the bugged transiesta executable.</p>
