<p>this to inform you that GDL <span class="st"><em>(GNU Data Language)</em> <em></em></span>software is available on Fermi. You can find the corresponding module in profile/front-end section and load it by typing the following commands:</p>
<p>module load profile/front-end</p>
<p>module load autoload gdl/0.9.2</p>
<p>gdl</p>
<p>For using astrolib the command is</p>
<p>astrolib</p>
<p>Please remember that you can run it only on the login nodes.</p>
<p>The compatibility with IDL software, that can not be installed on Fermi, <span class="short_text"><span class="hps">is guaranteed only for basic functionalities. For more details see the web site </span></span><a href="http://gnudatalanguage.sourceforge.net/">http://gnudatalanguage.sourceforge.net/</a></p>
