<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">We're glad to announce that, starting from today, the Intel- MIC (Many Integrated Cores) cards on our EURORA cluster are finally available.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">14 Intel Xeon Phi cards are installed on 7 of the EURORA's compute nodes (two for each node) and are available to users for compilation and/or execution of MIC applications.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The MIC cards are in the early phase, so consider them as still prototypal. The procedures for gaining access to the accelerators are still in developmental phase and will be improved on a continuous way.</span></p>
