<p>Dear Users,</p>
<p>Technical problems on PICO have been solved and the system is up and running again, as well as the services that rely on it (Cloud, virtual machines, iRODS repository,...).</p>
<p>We are still monitoring PICO to be sure that another issue doesn't come up.</p>
