<p>with specific reference to the news about "<a href="http://hpc.cineca.it/center_news/marconi-knl-decrease-available-job-memory">decrease of available job memory for Marconi KN</a>L", we inform you that the limits indicated (90/105 GB for CACHE/FLAT partition), sometimes do not correspond to actual free memory, that results in possibly swapping memory and a strong decrease of performance.</p>
<p>For this reason, <strong>we strongly suggest you not to exceed</strong> the following values for memory requirement on KNL:</p>
<ul><li>86 GB (CACHE partition)</li>
<li>101 GB (FLAT partition)</li>
