Dear Users,<br />
we would like to inform you about a change in our Help Desk procedure for a<br />
better organization of the services we offer.<br />
From tomorrow the tickets that we mark as closed will no longer be<br />
automatically reopened if the user replies to those tickets.<br />
In place of it, the user will be notified via automatic email that the ticket<br />
is closed.<br />
If help desk assistance is still required, the user can write us by opening a<br />
new ticket.</p>
