<p>we are experiencing some technical issues on our user support ticketing<br />
system and the HelpDesk service is currently not guaranteed. In particular,<br />
it is possible that every new request sent to <a href="mailto:superc@cineca.it">mailto:superc@cineca.it</a> since<br />
this afternoon, as well as updates on already opened threads, may have not<br />
arrived and therefore we may not be aware of them.</p>
<p>We will update you as soon as the ticketing service will be restored at its<br />
full functionality.</p>
