Dear Users,</p>
<p>in order to enforce a proper usage of the debug partition skl_fua_dbg, a few<br />
changes have been made:</p>
<p> - increased the number of nodes from 12 to 16</p>
<p> - decreased the maximum run time from 2 hours to 1 hour</p>
<p> - limited the number of running jobs per user to 1</p>
