Dear users,</p>
<p>it is a pleasure to announce the High Performance Computing Summer School,<br />
which will take place in Pavia, from June 12th to June 16th, 2023.</p>
<p>The school aims at giving a general overview of architectures and devices<br />
oriented towards the high performance computing covering processors,<br />
technologies and design methodologies, but also development environments,<br />
algorithms and strategies for the optimal distribution of the computational<br />
load and the energy saving.</p>
<p>It will cover a large spectrum of disciplines and it is addressed to a broad<br />
audience including PhD students, young researchers, professional engineers<br />
operating in the industry area.</p>
<p>The school is organized by the University of Pavia and the HPC: Key<br />
Technologies and Tools (CINI). During the school, a special lecture from<br />
CINECA will discuss the current status of our HPC infrastructure and provide<br />
a brief hands-on session on our clusters.</p>
