CLX open

[Sigismondo Boschi]

CLX is back to production.

In the context of this stop we have upgraded the GPFS version and run a
filesystem check. This procedure has found some corrupted files that
have been deleted an are definitevly lost.

Now the performance of the filesystem should be restored.

Please do not hesitate to point out any further problem related to /scratch.
