IMPORTANT: scratch on CLX

the /scratch directory on CLX is full,
so I'm asking everybody to control their
occupation of disk space, and possibly to remove or archive temporary files,
(see guide: http://www.cineca.it/sap/files/user_guide_cineca.pdf).
Otherwise, in order not to stop the production,
we will be forced to shorten the period
a file is allowed to remain on /scratch.
