SP5: /scratch full

[HPC-News]

dear HPC users,

the /scratch of sp5 is full, and this is
blocking the jobs execution.
So we ask everybody to check what they have stored
on /scratch and free some space.
Otherwise we will be forced to reduce progressively
the period of time files can remain on /scratch,
down from 20 to 10 days, to save the production,
