IMPORTANT: CLX - BCX switchover

To all CLX users,

the cluster CLX (cl.clx.cineca.it) will be finally shutdown at the beginning of February 2008,
and it will be replaced by a new cluster, called BCX (bc.bcx.cineca.it)
(see also http://www.cineca.it/bdp/sezioni/risorse_it/hardware/scheda?CODICE=bcx_5120_hpc&BSDVAR_TIPOLOGIA=hpcspeciali).

We are now in the last phase of the BCX setup, and we
plan to end it before the end of January.
Then we are planning to have the CLX-BCX switchover the
first days of February.

IMPORTANT: The accounts and the budgets will be authomatically 
migrated on the new machine from CLX, but more details on the
switchover will be given as the installation of BCX goes on.
