BCX status & SP5 unavailable

Dear users,

1) SP5

now SP5 is unavailable. There are problems related to the filesystems,
and the system managers are working to fix them.
We apologize for the troubles this may cause.
We'll send you an e-mail when SP5 will be again up and running.

2) BCX

BCX is on the status of production and after some problems (SSH authentication
& configuration of the queues) which have been fixed, now the new machine is
almost full.
