File system $CINECA_HOME $CINECA_DATA

Dear users,

as pointed out by many of you, we had a problem with the our file system /sfs.
This problem involved all the our HPC machines. Now the problem should be
fixed and both $CINECA_HOME & $CINECA_DATA are back available.
