NEWS: $CINECA_HOME and $CINECA_DATA

Dear users,

due to the problems which have still involved the filesystems $CINECA_HOME and
$CINECA_DATA, today they have been unreachable. Now, on BCX they are mounted
on "read-only" mode but they will stay down on SP5.
We will work to make the filesystems available as soon as possible.
