BCX: /scratch

Dear BCX Users,

the /scratch of BCX is back on-line,
but it's occupation is 100%, and most of the Job fails or appear to be very
slow.
We then ask everybody to free up some space removing unused files.

ATTENTION: for this reasons we are forced to
reduce the lifetime of the files stored to in /scratch of BCX
to 15 days (now is 30 days)
