Important: $CINECA_SCRATCH full on BCX

To all users of BCX (bc.bcx.cineca.it)

the filesystem $CINECA_SCRATCH is full,
and most user jobs cannot run anymore.
We ask everybody to check $CINECA_SCRATCH
directory and possibly remove file that are no longer useful.
In particular check for "core" files and
files from wrong or failed jobs,
