SP6: scratch filesystem

Dear SP6 Users,

Important, read carefully.

1)
In order to complete the setup of the $CINECA_SCRATCH
filesystem of SP6, *** monday the 14th of Septemnber ***
the filesystem will be destroyed.
*** ALL DATA WILL BE LOST ***

We estimate that the setup operation of the new
$CINECA_SCRATCH will be concluded on
*** thurdsday evening the 17th of September ***

The size of the new filesystem will be of 500Tbyte
and the raw I/O bandwidth will be roughly 36Gbyte/s .

2)
For a maintenance operation to the power supply,
SP6 will be unavailable *** thurdsday the 10th of September ***
starting from 8am to late afternoon.
