due to an unpredictable (and serious) problem, we MUST turn BCX off
immediately.
Logins will be disabled tonight (September 16) at 17:00.

The system will be available again in approx 24 hours. At next login you
will be forced to change your passwd.

NOTICE that all running jobs will be killed.
