Wrong computational hours charge on BGP

======== WRONG COMPUTATIONAL HOURS CHARGE ON BGP =============================

Dear Users,

We found an error in charging the computational hours spent on BGP.

We fixed it so if you report different computational hours left than  
expected, this is the reason.
