Dear ADA Cloud users, 

starting from Oct 14th 2024, the deletion procedures for cloud projects hosted on the ADA Cloud infrastructure will be enforced. 

After the grace period (one month after the end of validity of the project), all cloud resources associated to the project will be removed. 

Principal investigator and collaborators will receive automatic notification via email from UserDB at the end of the validity period and again two weeks and one week before deletion. 

Please, make sure to download all relevant data of your interest (volumes, images and so on) before the deadline. 

ISCRA users willing to request an extension, please submit a new application before the end the running project. We remind that long cloud allocations (1 or 2 years) can be requested by applying for an ISCRA project class B.
