Weather emergency CINECA UPDATE: access to Leonardo restored, Marconi/G100/ADA Cloud still down  (https://www.hpc.cineca.it/newsletter/weather-emergency-cineca-update-access-to-leonardo-restored/)

Dear Users, 

the 2FA service has been restored and Leonardo is now accessible to users. The cluster's production was not affected by the unavailability of the access, the queued jobs were regularly processed and run by the scheduler. 

The operations to fix the damages at Casalecchio's site are still ongoing, and Marconi, G100, ADA Cloud remain out of production. 

General services like the UserDB portal and the HPC Ticket Request Tracker are restored, while the ISCRA Access and the online User Guides are still unavailable.
