Dear Users, 

This is to inform you that next week, from Monday, August 11th to Thursday, August 14th, the Help Desk service will be available only for the morning shift due to a limited availability of operators during the holiday period. 

On Friday, August 15th the service will be closed due to the national Italian holiday of the Assumption Day (Ferragosto). 

The Help Desk service will be fully restored on August 18th.
