<p>Dear Users,</p>
<p>Our Data Repository Service is now up and running. There are some instructions that you should follow in order to be able to use the repository again.</p>
<p>** to use iCOMMANDS, you should:<br />1) download the new file "chain.pem", found in <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://wiki.u-gov.it/confluence/display/SCAIUS/iRODS-based+REPO">https://wiki.u-gov.it/confluence/display/SCAIUS/iRODS-based+REPO</a>, Paragraph "iRODS commands --> Configuration". A direct link for download can be also found here: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://wiki.u-gov.it/confluence/download/attachments/66553251/chain.pem?version=2&modificationDate=1474532243963&api=v2">https://wiki.u-gov.it/confluence/download/attachments/66553251/chain.pem?version=2&modificationDate=1474532243963&api=v2</a> <br />2) put the downloaded file on the directory $HOME/.irods/ of the cluster you want to use icommands with. <br />3) launch the command "iinit" to reconfigure your iRODS environment <br />4) start using the icommands as always</p>

<p>** to use GridFTP from/to the repository, either using globus-url-copy command or GlobusOnLine by browser, you should: <br />1) go to $HOME/.globus/certificates on the cluster from which you will do grid-proxy-init / myproxy-init/ myproxy-logon / globus-url-copy and remove the content of the directory<br />2) launch the command "wget <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://winnetou.surfsara.nl/prace/certs/globuscerts.tar.gz">https://winnetou.surfsara.nl/prace/certs/globuscerts.tar.gz</a> && tar -xzvf globuscerts.tar.gz " <br />3) start using GridFTP for your data transfer as always</p>
