Migration of homes on SP4

Purtroppo dopo il messaggio precedente si sono verificati altri
problemi, che ora dovrebbero essere risolti eccetto per i filesystem
userinfm, usersissa. Tutti i filesystem home salvo i due suddetti
sono stati rimontati.

La nuova configurazione della macchina e' la seguente:

- dopo il login l' utente si trova nella sua "home locale" ($HOME),
che dopo la migrazione e' VUOTA. Tutti i dati che vi erano conservati
sono stati spostati nella directory $CINECA_HOME.

- $HOME NON DEVE ESSERE PIU' USATA PER CONSERVARVI DATI E PROGRAMMI.
Essa deve contenere soltanto i file di configurazione (.bashrc,
.cshrc, .profile, .ssh ...). Per far rispettare questa regola, LA
QUOTA SU $HOME E' STATA RIDOTTA A 2 MB.

- d' ora in poi l' utente potra' conservare i propri dati in
$CINECA_HOME (soggetta a backup regolari) e $CINECA_DATA (piu'
grande, ma non soggetta a backup).

- /scratch CONTINUA AD ESSERE IL FILESYSTEM DA USARE PER I RUN DI
PRODUZIONE, con le stesse regole di prima.

Unfortunately after the previous message there have been other
problems, that now should have been solved except for the filesystems
userinfm, usersissa. All home filesystems but the two above have been
remounted.

The new configuration of the machine is the following:

- after login the user finds himself in his "local home" ($HOME),
that after the migration is EMPTY. All data that were stored there
have been moved to the directory $CINECA_HOME.

- $HOME MUST NOT BE USED ANY MORE TO STORE DATA AND PROGRAMS.
It must contain only the configuration files (.bashrc, .cshrc,
.profile, .ssh ...). To enforce this rule THE QUOTA ON $HOME HAS BEEN
CUT DOWN TO 2 MB.

- from now on the user can keep his data in $CINECA_HOME (subjected
to regular backups) and $CINECA_DATA (larger, but not backed up).

- /scratch IS STILL THE FILESYSTEM TO BE USED FOR PRODUCTION RUNS,
with the same policy as before.
