migration of home on SP4

Finalmente il processo di migrazione dei dati $HOME -> $CINECA_HOME e'
terminato anche per gli utenti sotto "usersissa" e "userinfm". Questo
dovrebbe anche risolvere i problemi di stabilita' che hanno comportato
vari down del nodo di login.

Ricordo per l'ultima volta:

- i vostri dati che erano sotto $HOME sono ora sotto $CINECA_HOME, che
comunque ha BACKUP STORICO, come la precedente $HOME.

- $HOME non deve venir usata (se non per i dot-files).

- esiste anche $CINECA_DATA, molto piu' ampio di $CINECA_HOME, per
memoriazzare i dati permanenti MA NON HA BACKUP STORICO.

- /scratch e' e rimane il filesystem di lavoro piu' efficiente in assoluto.

Queste informazioni verranno pubblicate in una guida utente prima possibile.

Finally, the data migration process $HOME -> $CINECA_HOME is finished
also for users under "usersissa" and "userinfm". This should also solve
the last stability problems, that has provocated some downs of the login
node.

Remeber, for the last time:

- your data that were in $HOME are now in $CINECA_HOME, that has
HISTORICAL BACKUP, as for $HOME in the past.

- Do not use $HOME (just for dot-files).

- It exists also $CINECA_DATA, much larger than $CINECA_HOME, for the
storage of permanent data, but it DOES NOT HAVE ANY HISTORICAL BACKUP.

- /scratch is still the work filesystem most efficient - absolutely.

This information will be publicized in a user guide as soon as possibile.
