Senior Researcher in theoretical chemistry/physics

A senior researcher position is available at the Centre for Bio-Molecular
Nanotechnologies (Lecce, Italy) of the Italian Institute of Technology
(www.iit.it, see Integrated Multiscale Computational Technology Platform
and IIT-network).
The position is 5 years long and could be renewed. The monthly net-salary
will be in the range 2800 ? -3200 ? (team-leader research contract)
depending on experience; an additional bonus (20% of the salary) will be
available each year depending on the scientific results.
Research topics include: development of Density-Functional Theory methods;
development of multiscale and embedding approaches; modelling of
interfaces between organic molecules and noble metals/semiconductor

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry/physics or related
subjects, postdoc experience of minimum 4 years, wide know-how in
electronic structure code implementation.
