PLX maintenenance operation: wednesday 27/01/2010

Dear PLX Users,
on wednesday 27th January 2010, PLX will be shut-down due to maintenance
operation to update the firmaware of the internal network switch. 
The operation is necessary to solve the HW problem that's currently keeping
some nodes out of production and is firmly requested by the HW support.
The operation will start on 27th January 9:30.  The jobs running at that
time will be killed. 
PLX will be available again for production on thursday 28th January 10:30. 
Login and RVN nodes will be available, but will not reach the file systems.
