HDF5 and NETCDF libraries on IBM-SP6

Dear users,
new versions of the HDF5 library are available, both in serial and parallel mode. Also a "gpfs" module is present, with special support for the SP6 specific disks.

With the “module avail hdf5” command you can check the available modules. 

This restyling activity has also involved the NetCdf library. Serial and gpfs versions have been built with HDF5 support.

Use the “module avail netcdf” command to check the available modules.
